Jacques Droz’s Tropical Wind Intelligence Show At Geneva

Jaquet Droz’s automatic doll series, a new masterpiece of tropical wind information, the Tropical Bird Repeater debuted in Europe on November 30. The exhibition in Geneva attracted media from Switzerland and around the world, and since then the brand has organized a grand evening party for high-end watch customers.

Geneva is the starting point of the history of the brand. Founder Henri-Louis Jaquet Droz started his artistic and humanistic career in this city in 1784. In this creative land, he and Jean-Frédéric Leschot founded the first watchmaking workshop in Geneva, and have owned their own complex function clock since the opening Production room. Soon, they began to flex their muscles in this eclectic city, becoming the target of the new bourgeoisie. At the same time, Jacques Dro became part of the local art circle and technical education community.

In this heavenly background, a tortoise-like hummingbird flaps its wings at an astonishing speed of 40 times per second, setting the world’s fastest record. In addition, people can enjoy peacocks stretching their beautiful tails, toucans with their mouths widening out of the leaves, three dragonflies waving their crystal wings … A total of seven animal figures have been carefully carved by hand , Vividly shows Jacques Dro’s unparalleled skills. This work has many complicated functions. The minute chronograph can emit a loud oscillating sound through the small hammer installed in the case, and the clock, the quarter clock and the minute chronograph can be provided according to the needs.
