Jaeger‑lecoultre At The Homo Faber Exhibition In Venice

The HomoFaber exhibition was held from September 14 to 30, 2018. Jaeger‑LeCoultre will bring its unique Jaeger-LeCoultre 101 movement to show its superb watchmaking skills.

HomoFaber is the first large-scale cultural exhibition dedicated to the outstanding craftsmanship of Europe. The organization’s Michelangelo Foundation aims to bring European superb craftsmanship to the international stage and increase the recognition and popularity of craft masters. The exhibition is all-encompassing, covering a wide range of industries, from jewellery to custom-made bicycles, from rare hand-made techniques to highly representative European superb craftsmanship. The exhibition is carefully crafted by a group of world’s elite designers, curators and architects, creating multiple gorgeous spaces at the Fondazione GiorgioCini residence in Venice.

Just at the occasion, Jaeger‑LeCoultre had the honor to exhibit the Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 101, which represents the unique watchmaking skills of the Grand Workshop. This movement has been the smallest mechanical movement in the world since its introduction in 1929. At that time, Jaeger‑LeCoultre will gladly share the brand’s knowledge and stories with all curious visitors who are curious about this representative movement that inherits Jaeger‑LeCoultre’s heritage.
